Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. We also offer a full refund if your request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • In its original box packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at introspectionshop@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning non-defective items.
If your return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a return shipping label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at introspectionshop@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Store credit or exchange will be processed promptly

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
