Shipping policy

Most orders shipped within the continental United States will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via the method selected at checkout. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order during sale or collection launch periods. Any shipping carrier estimated delivery dates do not apply to orders with pre-order items.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Orders with UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, or UPS 3 Day Select® must be placed before 12 PM PST to be shipped the same day. Shipping costs are determined by our carriers and vary based on weight, location, and shipping method.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, including but not limited to delays due to weather or high package volumes.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated by our shipping carriers based on total order weight, package volume, destination, and item retail price. Any applicable duties, taxes, or VAT charges will be calculated at checkout.

As of December 31, 2024, UPS SurePost® ended its agreement with the U.S. Postal Service® (USPS®). As a result, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. UPS SurePost® is also no longer available for shipments to U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for domestic continental US orders over $70, excluding taxes and added shipping costs. This offer excludes APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Restrictions may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Introspection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided. We are also not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Please double-check your address before completing your purchase. If your confirmation email contains an error, contact us immediately at introspectionshop@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned shipments due to incorrect addresses, and returned packages may be subject to a restocking fee.
